Allied Concrete is proud to have supplied the concrete solutions for a truly exceptional home in Karaka, the McLeod Avenue residence designed by Minimal Design and built by ArchiBuild.

This stunning 250m² home blends contemporary architectural style with functional family living. A palette of natural materials, bold textures, and crisp concrete elements form the foundation of a home that feels effortlessly refined yet welcoming.

Allied Concrete supplied exterior concrete elements, including the driveway, entrance pathway, and side access paths, helping anchor the home visually and functionally within its generous section.

Concrete played a critical role in achieving the home’s modern, minimal aesthetic while also delivering long-term strength and product performance.

Bringing the vision to life

The driveway and walkways are designed to complement the clean architectural lines of the build. The concrete finish was carefully selected to achieve a soft visual tone, blending seamlessly with the home’s minimalist palette and refined landscaping completed by Tim Ecroyd ‘The Landscaper‘ – Wanaka
