Service Commitment
In any industry, service is paramount when deadlines must be met.
Allied Concrete use a command data dispatch system. This computerised scheduling and dispatch system enables our dispatch staff to accurately monitor all jobs in the system and track their progress during the day.
This allows us to pre-empt any potential delivery delays and advise our customers on the status of their job at any time. Customers are welcome to visit our dispatch offices to view this operation.
In order to ensure that we can meet your specific requirements, we recommend that orders be placed in advance with the following guidelines usually adopted.
- Orders of greater than 100 m2 three days prior
- Orders of between 50 - 100 m2 two days prior
- Orders up to 50 m2 one day prior
All orders should be confirmed with our dispatch staff as early as possible.
